Next Games is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Support Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI on a part-time basis. As a Remote Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to our players via various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to player inquiries and technical issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve player issues related to our mobile games - Identify trends in player feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to the development team - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive player experience - Document and track all player interactions for future reference - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
