Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

HappyOrNot is seeking a part-time Remote Support Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be reliable, confident, possess strong emotional intelligence, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers on various issues related to HappyOrNot products and services - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in the implementation and configuration of HappyOrNot devices for new and existing customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending tasks - Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms - Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues - Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule
