Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

SingleStore is seeking a part-time Support Associate to work from home in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to customers and clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 6. Assist with product training and onboarding for new customers. 7. Generate reports on customer feedback and support issues. 8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. 3. Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual environment. 4. Confidence in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions. 5. Adaptability to changing situations and priorities. 6. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
