Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Neste is seeking a motivated and driven Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with strategic planning to improve customer support processes - Proactively seek out ways to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer systems and software - Motivated and driven to provide excellent support to customers - Experience with strategic planning is a plus
