Job Description:
Elisa Corporation is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, energetic, possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement processes to improve the overall customer support experience - Monitor support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and escalations - Train and mentor support team members to enhance their skills and performance - Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on support team performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in a customer support or related role - Proven track record of successfully managing a support team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in customer support software and tools
