Job Description - Support Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Seriously Digital Entertainment in Helsinki, Finland. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to our players.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support professionals to provide efficient and effective customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, social media, etc.) - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall player experience - Develop and maintain support documentation and training materials for the team - Handle escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Proven experience in people management and project management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and reliable - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus
