Remote Support Manager

Canatu is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

As a Remote Support Manager at Canatu, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to customers from various locations. Your primary duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the remote support team, providing strategic direction, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing support processes, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving escalated customer issues.

The ideal candidate for this role will be independent and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills. A proactive and customer-focused approach is essential to succeed in this role.

In addition to the technical aspects of the role, the Remote Support Manager will also play a key role in driving corporate social responsibility initiatives at Canatu. This includes participating in community service projects and helping the company give back to the community.
