Remote Support Manager

Job Description:

UPM-Kymmene is seeking a part-time Remote Support Manager to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, innovative, and have strong strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee remote support operations for the company - Provide guidance and support to remote support team members - Develop and implement strategies to improve remote support processes - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure efficient support operations - Collaborate with other departments to address customer support issues and provide solutions - Train and onboard new remote support team members - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in remote support management - Handle escalated customer support issues and provide timely solutions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience in remote support management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in remote support software and tools - Excellent problem-solving skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and time management skills
