Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Third Space Auto is seeking a Support Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. This is a part-time, work from home position at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of confidence and dedication. In addition, strong leadership and people management skills are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor support ticket queues and allocate resources accordingly - Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth - Collaborate with other departments to address systemic issues and improve processes - Generate reports on support team performance and KPIs - Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in a support management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working remotely in a virtual team setting - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
