Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Ponsse, a leading manufacturer of forest machinery, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients, as well as managing a team of support agents.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support agents, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Provide high-quality customer service and technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Create and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven leadership experience and strong communication skills - Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using support software and tools - Strong presentation skills - Ability to work remotely and effectively manage a virtual team
