Job Description:
Cargotec is seeking a reliable and confident Support Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities: - Provide general office support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies - Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization - Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members - Assist with event planning and coordination - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the office - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Confident and reliable with a positive attitude - Strong cooperation and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - No prior experience required
