Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers regarding Normet products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that customers may encounter - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems - Document customer interactions and technical solutions for future reference - Keep up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends - Assist in the development and implementation of remote support strategies - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
