Job Description:
As a Support Officer at Oura Ring, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and assistance to Oura Ring users. You will handle inquiries and issues via email, phone, and chat, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with Oura Ring products - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and improving customer support processes and procedures - Identify and report any recurring issues to the appropriate departments - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oura Ring products and services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Driven and motivated to provide exceptional customer service - Strong analytical skills and experience with project management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Experience working in a tech or wearable devices industry is a plus
