Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Support Officer to join our team at SingleStore in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As a support officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers and colleagues, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Assist with the development of knowledge base articles and training materials - Monitor system performance and provide proactive support to prevent issues
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role or a similar field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations calmly - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and technical troubleshooting tools - Must be located in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI
