Support Officer

Job Description:

IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a Support Officer to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting with troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations within the company. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and professional support via phone, email, and in person. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with the technical team to resolve customer concerns. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Provide administrative support to various departments within the company. 5. Assist with organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and other company activities. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. 2. Adaptability and reliability are essential traits for this position. 3. Strong negotiation and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Experience working in a technical environment is a plus.
