Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

Vaisala is currently seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a reliable and passionate individual who possesses excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

As a Remote Support Officer, your responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You will troubleshoot issues, guide customers through problem-solving processes, and escalate complex problems to our technical team. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and providing feedback to improve our support services.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in customer service and a technical understanding of our products. You must be able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues and have the ability to work independently.
