Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Optomed is currently seeking a dedicated and independent Support Officer to work from home on a part-time basis in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the healthcare industry. This role is perfect for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our products and services - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting with testing and implementation of new software updates and features - Providing training and support to customers on how to effectively use our products

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
