Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Optomed is seeking a Support Officer to join our team in Tampere, Finland. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic, independence, and energy.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to customers via email, phone, and chat 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers 3. Assist with the implementation of new software systems and updates 4. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support role 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask 3. Independent and energetic personality 4. Strong negotiation and time management skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs
