Remote Support Representative

Job Description: Sensible 4 is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Support Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time entry-level position that offers remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, be passionate about providing exceptional customer support, and possess strong critical thinking and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Document and track all customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to provide accurate and helpful support

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a customer support role - Reliable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong critical thinking and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
