Remote Support Representative

Job Description: Altia is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Remote Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. This part-time entry-level position offers a great opportunity for individuals who are driven and able to make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system - Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize presentation skills to effectively communicate solutions to customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using remote support tools and software - Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be comfortable working remotely
