Support Representative

Neles is seeking a dynamic and energetic Support Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, partners, and colleagues.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Update customer records and documentation as needed - Educate customers on products and services offered by Neles - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong persuasion and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
