Remote Support Representative

Uponor, a leading global provider of sustainable solutions for heating, cooling, and plumbing systems, is seeking a part-time Remote Support Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.

As a Remote Support Representative, your main responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on the use of Uponor products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate for this role will be driven, reliable, and possess excellent persuasion and people management skills. You must be comfortable working independently and be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
