Support Representative - Work from home

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Support Representative to join our team at UPM-Kymmene. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home, located in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Documenting all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer support - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and metrics

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of customer issues - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Soft skills: - Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to customers
