Support Specialist

Job Description:

MariaDB is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, adaptable, creative, and innovative. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MariaDB products. 3. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Assist in creating knowledge base articles and FAQ documents for customers. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer support process. 8. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong creativity and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Basic knowledge of database management systems is a plus. 6. Ability to work part-time hours in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland.
