Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a driven and passionate Support Specialist to join our team at KONE Corporation in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an entry-level support specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to our customers and internal team members. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist in managing and resolving customer complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research to enhance product knowledge and service delivery - Assist in project management tasks as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proactive and quick learner - Strong research skills - Basic knowledge of project management principles - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
