Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Kesko is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to remote users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our digital systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and hard work. They should also have strong soft skills in time management and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to users experiencing issues with digital systems - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner - Assist in the configuration and maintenance of digital systems - Document support activities and create user guides as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve overall system performance

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role - Strong adaptability and work ethic - Excellent time management skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues - Excellent communication skills
