As a Support Specialist at Relex Solutions, based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI, you will play a crucial role in providing technical and customer support to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our products effectively - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our support processes - Proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements based on customer feedback - Assist in testing new software features and updates before they are released to clients
Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Emotional intelligence to effectively understand and address customer needs - Experience in a customer support or technical support role for at least 3 years - Knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
