Support Specialist

Job description:

Aiven is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to persuade customers effectively.

Responsibilities: - Providing technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner - Documenting customer interactions and solutions - Collaborating with other team members to improve the customer support process - Assisting with product testing and quality assurance - Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills - Persuasive communication skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
