Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Curious AI is currently seeking a part-time Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers and internal teams - Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues - Install and configure software applications - Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex issues - Document technical support processes and solutions - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement - Provide training and guidance to end-users

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field - Proven experience in technical support roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Confidence and a strong work ethic - Experience with remote desktop tools - Knowledge of different operating systems and networking protocols
