Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Eve-Tech is currently seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level candidates with no prior experience. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers through various channels such as email, phone, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Assist customers with setting up and using our products and services - Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the database - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and product knowledge - Stay updated on product features and updates to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful mindset - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team-based environment - Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software - High school diploma or equivalent
