Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Support Specialist to join our team at Wolt in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Entry Level position, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our customers and assisting them with any issues or questions they may have. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess a confident and resourceful personality.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our products or services - Educate customers on how to use our products effectively - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with our technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Assist with customer training and onboarding as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar remote support role - Confident and resourceful personality - Strong time management skills - Ability to effectively manage and communicate with customers - Proficiency in using CRM systems and remote support tools - Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting techniques - Excellent problem-solving skills
