Job Description - Support Specialist


Job Description:


Sensible 4, a leading autonomous vehicle software company based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our autonomous vehicle software.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by customers. 3. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system. 4. Collaborate with the software development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 5. Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new software updates. 6. Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our autonomous vehicle software effectively.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. 3. Resourceful and independent problem-solving skills. 4. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 5. Innovative mindset to proactively identify areas for improvement in our customer support processes.
