Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


Olvi, a leading company in the beverage industry, is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues through phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries and provide solutions to their problems. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction. 4. Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system. 5. Assist with testing and troubleshooting of new products and software updates. 6. Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients on our products and services. 7. Assist in creating support documentation and training materials for internal and external use. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer support processes.


Requirements: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Hardworking and dedicated attitude towards customer service. 4. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. 5. Experience in delivering presentations and training sessions is preferred. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Must be fluent in both English and Finnish.
