Job Description:
Wärtsilä is seeking a motivated and resourceful Support Specialist to work from home in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers and clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to Wärtsilä products and services. 3. Provide remote support to customers to help resolve their issues. 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary. 6. Assist with the development of customer support materials, such as FAQ guides and tutorials. 7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and resourceful individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficient in using technology and troubleshooting technical issues. 6. Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
