We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at Hilton, working from home in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, adaptable, and have strong planning and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Update and maintain knowledge base articles for troubleshooting purposes - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong planning and adaptability skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
