Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Optomed is seeking a motivated and resilient Support Specialist to work from home on a part-time basis in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Provide product training and support to customers as needed - Assist with testing and quality assurance of software updates and new features - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles - Strong planning and communication skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus

Soft Skills: - Effective planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload - Clear and concise communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
