Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Support Specialist to join our team at Smartly.io. As a Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing top-notch support to our clients and partners. This role requires a high level of independence and passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to clients and partners via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner. 3. Build strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction. 4. Assist with product training and onboarding for new clients. 5. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide valuable feedback from clients.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong presentation skills and creativity to effectively communicate with clients. 3. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
