Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Fortum is seeking a motivated and energetic Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Entry Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall support processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Must be proficient in strategic planning and decision-making. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Must have a quiet home office with high-speed internet access. 7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 8. Must be fluent in English.
