Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Rovio Entertainment is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who possesses strong persuasion and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner. 2. Act as a brand ambassador for Rovio Entertainment, promoting our products and services to customers. 3. Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
