Job Description:
Aiven, a leading technology company based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, have strong decision-making skills, and possess emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify customer needs and assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems with relevant information. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and emotional intelligence. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts, including evenings and weekends.
