Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Solita is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support on various products and services - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient customer service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products - Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers - Provide feedback to management on trends and issues identified during customer interactions

Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong people management and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in written and spoken English - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
