Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Basware is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through web chat services. This role is perfect for someone who is driven and resourceful, with strong decision-making and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently. 4. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 5. Proficiency in using web chat software and other customer service tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
