Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Hartwall is seeking a dedicated and independent Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat, maintaining a friendly and professional tone at all times. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service. 4. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers. 5. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: dedication, independence. 2. Soft skills: adaptability, cooperation. 3. Excellent written communication skills in both Finnish and English. 4. Proficiency with computer software and web-based applications. 5. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
