Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team at Tamturbo in Espoo, Finland. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required – we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain and update customer records accurately - Handle confidential customer information with integrity and professionalism

Requirements: - Independent and reliable individual who can work effectively in a virtual environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Creative problem-solving abilities to assist customers effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
