Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Loupedeck is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through web chat. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on product usage. 4. Proactively engage with customers to upsell and cross-sell products. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
