Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team at Glue Collaboration in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide solutions - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient attitude - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency with computer systems and web-based chat platforms - Experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred
