Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at Finnlines, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions. This is a work from home position based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI and is part-time. As an Associate Level role, you will need at least 4 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through web chat - Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering product questions - Utilize decision-making skills to handle customer escalations effectively - Plan and prioritize workload to ensure timely responses to customers - Work independently and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately - Proven track record of 4 years in a customer service role - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure - Excellent planning skills to manage workload effectively - Must be adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities - A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
