Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Konecranes, a leading provider of lifting equipment and services. As a Remote Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support. This is a part-time position based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, with an associate level of seniority and a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and requests through the web chat platform in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products, services, and technical support - Identify and escalate any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience and drive continuous improvement in our web chat service

Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure - Experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred
