Remote Web Chat Manager

Job description:

Aiven is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform, ensuring seamless communication with our customers and providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities: - Manage the web chat platform, including monitoring chat queues, assigning chats to agents, and ensuring timely responses - Train and mentor chat agents to deliver high-quality customer service - Develop and implement chat strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Analyze chat data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with chat platforms and customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
