Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

SSH Communications Security is looking for a Web Chat Manager to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Manager will play a crucial role in managing our web chat platform and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor the web chat platform to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat. 3. Train and supervise a team of web chat representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 4. Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless customer support across all channels. 5. Analyze web chat data and provide insights to improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in customer service or web chat management. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Adaptable and energetic personality traits. 4.
